Care & booking

Looking after your greenery, and how booking works.

Practical care for the season, what you own, and the steps between a request and a confirmed installation.

Fresh greenery

Your arrangement uses fresh Pacific Northwest noble fir. Like any cut greenery it is natural and seasonal, so color and fullness change gradually through December.

  • Keep greenery away from heaters, fireplaces, open flames and dryer vents.
  • Battery candles are supplied with lanterns; please do not substitute open flames.
  • Covered porches protect greenery from the worst of the weather. If a strong storm moves a piece, set it back gently or tell us.

We leave care notes specific to your arrangement on installation day.

Poinsettias and potted trees

Poinsettias are indoor plants. Keep them in a bright spot away from cold drafts and heat vents, and water when the surface of the soil feels dry.

Plant size and any supplied container are confirmed in your plan.

The potted fir trees in The Grand are living trees. Keep their soil from drying out, and leave them outdoors in their containers.

What you own

Everything we supply with your package is yours to keep: wreaths, garland, pots, ribbon, lanterns, ornaments and living trees. Your existing door, house lighting, furniture and landscaping are never part of a package.

January takedown removes spent greenery and gathers reusable pieces for you to store. It is included with The Grand and $85 with The Welcome or The Classic. Kitchen takedown is quoted with your kitchen. We do not store decorations off-site.

Booking and payment

  1. You send a request with your package, photos and a preferred day and arrival window. Nothing is charged.
  2. We review your photos, access and coverage, then send an itemized plan and price.
  3. A 50% deposit on the approved total, paid online by card, confirms your booking. Please pay the deposit within 48 hours of approval; after that your window is released for other customers.
  4. The balance is due on installation day, once your porch is finished. We email you a secure link to pay it by card or bank account.

We hold your window for 72 hours, and for as long as we are reviewing your request. A held window is not a confirmed booking until approval and deposit.

Prices are before sales tax. Washington addresses: tax for your installation address (8.0% to 9.0% in Clark County) is added to your approved quote. Oregon has no sales tax. Your deposit is 50% of the total including tax.

Cancellation and weather

You can cancel a request yourself from its status page at any time. Cancel 7 or more days before your installation day for a full refund of your deposit. Within 7 days the deposit is not refundable. If unsafe weather stops us on your day, we move your installation to the next open day at no cost.

Fresh greenery promise: if any fresh item we install fails within 7 days, we replace it free. Damage from pets, storms, heat vents or pieces being moved isn’t covered.

Access and safety

We work at ground level or from a small step stool. We do not use ladders, decorate rooflines or hang house lights. Porch-only work does not need you at home if we have agreed access; kitchen styling and the poinsettia handoff need someone home or access arranged with you. Please share gate codes after your booking is confirmed, not in your first request.
