Privacy
How your information is handled.
What we collect when you send a request, where it is kept and who can see it.
What we collect
When you send a request, quote or question we receive what you type into the form (name, email, phone if you give it, installation address, ZIP, access notes and preferences) and the photos you attach. If you tick the box for booking texts, we keep that consent with your request (when you gave it, the wording you agreed to and the internet address it came from), and you can reply STOP at any time. For a gift booking we also receive the recipient’s name and, if you give it, their phone number. If you join a waitlist for a full day, we keep your name, email and phone to contact you about that day, and remove them when you ask.
Where it is kept
Requests and photos are stored on Porch PNW’s own server. Photos are kept in a private folder that is not published on the website and can be opened only by Porch PNW after signing in. Your status page is reachable only through the private link shown when you send your request.
Who can see it
Only Porch PNW, plus the services that act for us. This site does not send email yet; Porch PNW contacts you directly. Deposits are paid on Stripe’s secure checkout page: your card details go to Stripe and never reach Porch PNW. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers. The site uses no analytics or tracking scripts and serves its own fonts.
How long we keep it
Photos you add but never send are deleted automatically within a few hours. Location and camera details stored inside JPEG photos are removed when they are uploaded. Requests you send, and their photos, are kept while we plan and complete your installation and takedown, and until we delete them. To ask us to delete your request and photos, use the contact form; once your request is finished or cancelled we remove both permanently.
Porch PNW is a trade name of Phillip Polikarpov, Washington UBI 605-375-211. This notice describes how the site is built today; the final retention period will be added before launch.
