Where we work in Oregon
Portland, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Milwaukie, Beaverton, Tigard, Gresham, Happy Valley. The booking form checks your ZIP code first. Rural edges of these ZIPs and other nearby communities can send a custom request, and we check the address.
Dates and arrival windows
The 2026 season runs from November 28 to December 19, 2026, every day of the week, with two arrival windows a day: 9 AM – 12 PM or 12 – 3 PM (Pacific Time). No 9 AM – 12 PM window on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Each window takes a limited number of installations, and the booking calendar shows the whole season at once.
Pricing in Oregon
Package prices are the same on both sides of the river: The Welcome $399, The Classic $699 and The Grand $1,099. Oregon has no sales tax, so a Portland-area quote has no tax line. The balance is due on installation day, once your porch is finished. We email you a secure link to pay it by card or bank account.
How booking works
- Choose your look: package, ribbon and any extras.
- Show us your space: a straight-on photo of your entrance and a note about access.
- Request a day: We hold your window for 72 hours, and for as long as we are reviewing your request.
- Approval and deposit: we review your photos, send an itemized plan, and a 50% deposit confirms the booking.
We work at ground level or from a small step stool: no ladders, rooflines or house lights. Compare the packages or start your request.
