Where we work
We install in Vancouver, Camas, Washougal, Ridgefield, Battle Ground, Felida and Salmon Creek, in Clark County, Washington. Portland and nearby Oregon towns are covered in our Portland guide. The booking form checks your ZIP code first. If you are nearby but outside our list, a custom request lets us check whether we can reach you.
When installations happen
The 2026 season runs from November 28 to December 19, 2026, every day of the week, with two arrival windows a day: 9 AM – 12 PM or 12 – 3 PM (Pacific Time). No 9 AM – 12 PM window on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Each window takes a limited number of installations, so earlier dates tend to be requested first.
How a request becomes a booking
- Choose your look. Pick a package, a look (Traditional, Champagne or Woodland) and any extras.
- Show us your space. Add a straight-on photo of your entrance and tell us about access.
- Request a day. Choose an open day and arrival window. We hold your window for 72 hours, and for as long as we are reviewing your request.
- Review and approval. We check your photos and send an itemized plan and price, with Washington sales tax for your address added.
- Deposit. A 50% deposit on the approved total confirms your booking. The balance is due on installation day, once your porch is finished. We email you a secure link to pay it by card or bank account.
A requested day is not confirmed until the plan is approved and the deposit is paid. Cancel 7 or more days before your installation day for a full refund of your deposit. Within 7 days the deposit is not refundable. If unsafe weather stops us on your day, we move your installation to the next open day at no cost.
What we do not do
We work at ground level or from a small step stool. We do not hang roofline or house lights, decorate rooflines or work from ladders. The only lights we add are warm fairy lights woven into the garland (Merry & Bright, included with The Grand).
